I had a wonderful stay at The Elements Oceanfront & Beachside Condo Hotel. My condo was not only beautiful and spacious but also offered a fantastic view of the ocean. The people there, especially Miguel from the concierge, were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the pool water was warmer than I would have liked, which was a bit of a letdown.

I had an lovely stay at The Elements Oceanfront & Beachside Condo Hotel. The views from my condo were stunning, overlooking the ocean and the well-maintained pool. However, the experience was somewhat marred by unpleasant odors from seagrass on the beach and a lack of amenities I expected. Overall, it was a nice trip, but there were some discomforts. 😅🌊

My stay at The Elements was beyond amazing! The condo was spacious, clean, and had an very nice ocean view. I loved how quiet the area was, especially compared to the busier parts of Playa del Carmen. The pool was a perfect retreat, never too crowded, and I truly appreciated the helpful concierge service that arranged activities for me. However, there were a few noise disturbances during my stay that were not typical for this peaceful spot.
